Routine Descriptions

NAME:
 wind_fileconfig

PURPOSE:
 A widget that allows the user to set some of the !wind system variables. The user
 can resettodefault, modify, and save the system variable.
 
NOTE:
 This is essentially the same routine as goes_fileconfig
