RBSP_EFW_PHASEF_READ_B1_TIME_RATE

 Read b1 time and rate. Adopted from Aaron's burst1_times_rates_RBSPx.txt.
 Fixed sections with non-standard sample rates, i.e., those are not 0.5,1,2,4,8,16k S/s.
 Also, Sections spanning two days are handled properly now.

 datatype=. Can be 'vb1' or 'mscb1'.

RBSP_EFW_READ_L1

 Read EFW L1 data.

RBSP_EFW_READ_L1_BURST_BFIELD

 Read EFW burst data. Save data in rbspx_efw_mscb1_<coord>.

 datatype can be 'mscb1','mscb2'.

 coord=. A lower case string sets the coordinate of the output data. 'mgse' by default.

RBSP_EFW_READ_L1_BURST_EFIELD

 Read EFW burst data. Save data in rbspx_efw_eb1_<coord>.

 datatype can be 'vb1','vb2'.

 coord=. A lower case string sets the coordinate of the output data. 'mgse' by default.
 keep_spin_axis=. A boolean, set to keep the spin axis E field. 0 by default.
 keep_shadow_spike=. A boolean, set to keep shadow spike. 0 by default.
